At the same time, fewer products are produced and more secondary powder is recycled, which increases the burden on operators and low efficiency.
四, baking identification method:
    Good powder does not produce a lot of smoke during the baking process. Poor powder generates a large amount of smoke during the baking process.
五. Appearance and gloss identification of finished products after baking:
    Good powder products have a delicate appearance, fullness, transparency, strong three-dimensional sense, and can maintain relative gloss for a long time. Poor powder products have dull appearance, dull appearance, foggy surface, imperviousness, and poor three-dimensional effect.
六, adhesion and aging identification method:
    Good powder has strong adhesion, strong toughness, and can be kept from pulverization and aging for several years. Poor adhesion and aging in a short period of time after powder spraying, the product is prone to aging, chalking, rust, etc.
七, high temperature identification method:
    Adjust the temperature to 220-230 degrees and keep it for 10-15 minutes. A good powder has better temperature and weather resistance. After baking at high temperature, the color becomes smaller and the gloss does not change much. Poor powder, poor temperature and weather resistance, severe discoloration and matte gloss after baking at high temperature.
