1. Before the oxygen cylinder is equipped with a pressure reducer, the oxygen valve should be slightly opened to blow away the dirt, so as to prevent dust and garbage from entering the pressure reducer and blocking it, causing an accident.

2. It is forbidden to put oxygen cylinders, acetylene cylinders, and other flammable gas cylinders together; all flammable products, grease, and oil-contaminated items cannot be transported in the same vehicle as the oxygen cylinders.

3. When carrying the oxygen bottle and acetylene bottle, the protective cap on the neck of the bottle should be installed. When using it, it should be placed in a proper and reliable place before the protective cap on the neck of the bottle can be removed. At this time, it can only be unscrewed by hand or wrench. It is forbidden to strike with a metal hammer to prevent accidents caused by sparks.

4. The nut of the oxygen decompression gauge must be screwed at least 6-8 buckles on the mouth of the oxygen cylinder. The screw joint should be tightened, and the adjusting screw of the decompression gauge should be loosened.

5. After installing the oxygen cylinder and pressure reducer, slowly open the oxygen valve to check whether the connector of the pressure reducer connected to the oxygen cylinder is leaking, and whether the meter indication is flexible. When opening the oxygen valve, do not face the decompression The watch should stand on the side or behind the pressure reducer. Do not use pyrotechnics or open flames when checking for leaks. You can use soapy water to check it and use it only after checking for leaks.

6. It is strictly forbidden for the mouth of the oxygen cylinder to contact with grease, or to use an oiled wrench to screw the oxygen cylinder valve and the pressure-reducing connection screw. It is also not allowed to wear oiled gloves to avoid fire and explosion accidents.

7. Oxygen cylinders, acetylene cylinders and pressure reducers should be properly placed before and after use to avoid impact and vibration.

8. When using acetylene bottles and oxygen bottles, they should be placed vertically and equipped with brackets to prevent falling.

9. The distance between the oxygen bottle and the acetylene bottle, flammable and explosive items or other open flames should be maintained at a distance of more than 8-10 meters. Under certain circumstances, when it is really difficult to reach 8-10 meters, it should be guaranteed that it is not less than 5 meters, but must be Strengthen protection.

10. The oxygen in the oxygen cylinder must not be used up, leaving at least 1-2 kg / cm of residual pressure.

11. In winter, if the bottle valve and pressure reducer are frozen, they can be thawed with hot water, steam or infrared light bulbs. It is strictly forbidden to use open flames for heating.

12. It is forbidden to use iron to slam all parts of the gas cylinder, nor to tighten the adjusting screw of the decompression gauge to prevent the air flow from rushing out at high speed, and accidents due to high temperature caused by local friction.

13. When operating in the open air in summer, oxygen cylinders and acetylene cylinders should be protected from direct sun exposure to avoid explosion caused by gas expansion, and must be placed in a awning or covered with a damp cloth.
