The reciprocating pump is a kind of machinery used in the chemical industry, which transports chemical liquid media through the reciprocating movement of the plunger. 2. According to the composition, concentration, pH and temperature of the chemical solution to be transported, ceramic spraying materials with excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance can be easily selected, which is convenient and easy to adjust.


3. The ceramic coating has the characteristics of low friction coefficient and no adhesion, so it can reduce frictional power consumption and low energy consumption.

4. After ceramic spraying, the stuffing box or the mating parts have little wear and repair.

5. The new plunger after ceramic spraying has a long service life, which is 3-6 times longer than that of the chrome-plated plunger.

6. Ceramic spraying can reduce pollution and replace chrome plating, which can fundamentally solve the environmental pollution problem caused by chrome plating.
