Limitations and constraints of traditional electroplating

(1) environmental requirements: Cr6+ carcinogenic, electroplating wastewater pollution of the environment.

(2) performance requirements: it cannot meet the working condition of high temperature and wear resistance,
     and  hydrogen embrittlement exists.

(3) slow deposition rate of electroplating process;The dimension of electroplated workpiece is limited by the
     dimension of plating groove.
